Shipping Policy
Fast tracked delivery from our UK warehouse. Standard, express, and international options available.
1. Processing time
All orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

3. International shipping
We ship to the EU, Ireland, and select international destinations. Standard international: 5–10 working days from £15.65. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier capacity, customs clearance (international), or postal strikes. Please allow 2 extra working days before contacting us.
6. Missing or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days past the expected delivery date, please email support@thepeptidecode.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
