How we process payments, accepted methods, and what to expect at checkout.
1. Accepted payment methods

2. Billing currency
All prices are displayed in British Pound Sterling (GBP, £). International cards will be charged in GBP — your bank applies their exchange rate and may charge conversion fees.
3. Order charges
Your card is charged the full order amount at checkout. The charge appears on your statement as “ThePeptideCode” or “TPC LTD”.
4. Taxes & VAT
Where applicable, VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate. For international orders, customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your payment is declined, contact your card issuer first. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help resolve it.
6. Payment security
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
7. Refunds
