Our commitment to fair refunds for damaged, lost, or incorrect orders.
1. Policy overview
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory-grade research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds and replacements are offered for damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped orders only.
2. What is eligible
- Damaged vials on arrival (with photo evidence)
- Lost parcels confirmed by courier
- Incorrect items shipped
- Product purity/quality issues backed by data
3. NOT ELIGIBLE
Opened or partially used vials · Buyer’s remorse · Change of mind · Incorrect address provided by buyer · Items refused at customs (international)
4. Refund process
- Email support@thepeptidecode.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, refund is issued to original payment method.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
