Our commitment to fair refunds for damaged, lost, or incorrect orders.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory-grade research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds and replacements are offered for damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped orders only.

2. What is eligible

  • Damaged vials on arrival (with photo evidence)
  • Lost parcels confirmed by courier
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Product purity/quality issues backed by data

Opened or partially used vials · Buyer’s remorse · Change of mind · Incorrect address provided by buyer · Items refused at customs (international)

4. Refund process

  1. Email support@thepeptidecode.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
  2. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, refund is issued to original payment method.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
