How we process payments, accepted methods, and what to expect at checkout.
1. Accepted payment methods
CARDS (VIA FENA)
Visa · Mastercard and major debit/credit cards — processed securely by Fena
BANK PAYMENTS
Pay by Bank (instant bank payment) · Direct bank transfer (BACS)
2. Billing currency
All prices are displayed in British Pound Sterling (GBP, £). International cards will be charged in GBP — your bank applies their exchange rate and may charge conversion fees.
3. Order charges
You are charged the full order amount at checkout (card payments via Fena are charged immediately; BACS orders ship once funds clear). The charge appears on your statement as “ThePeptideCode” or “TPC LTD”.
4. Taxes & VAT
All displayed prices include UK VAT where applicable. For international orders, customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your payment is declined, contact your card issuer first. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help resolve it.
6. Payment security
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS.
7. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.
